Have you packed away your summer clothes and is your winter jacket now your daily companion? Then now is the perfect time to plan your winter adventure! Spend an unforgettable holiday with sled dogs in Lapland with us!
Dog Sledding Through Lapland
There’s no better way to travel through wintery Lapland than by dog sled! Be amazed by the silence that surrounds you during your winter adventure, occasionally interrupted by the howling of your huskies. Join us as you ride your own sled up into the mountains of the Vindelfjällen Nature Reserve and admire the Northern Lights at night.
In a small group of up to 4 guests, we’ll spend several days far away from civilization, traveling to places only accessible by dog sled. We’ll stay in our Wilderness Cabins, which are equipped with wood stoves and candlelight. Out here in the wilderness, there’s no electricity or running water, so everyone helps out during the tour with the care of the dogs, fetching water, and gathering firewood. Whether you’re traveling alone, with a group, with parents, or with a partner, everyone is welcome!

Husky Safari
If you want to experience the sport of mushing first-hand, our Husky Safari is the perfect place to start. Spread over five days, you’ll learn the basics of driving a sled and get to know your husky team, each dog’s individual personality and needs. Each day, you will spend around three to five hours on the sled, exploring the winter landscape with the dogs. The tour also includes two nights in our wilderness cabins, giving you the chance to experience life with the dogs both on and off the trail.

Next Level Adventure
If you’re ready to take the next step in your mushing journey, or if you’ve already joined us on a tour and want to explore further, our Next Level Adventure Tour is the perfect progression. We spend four days on the sled, venturing deeper into the Vindelfjällen Nature Reserve and reaching the mountains at around 1,000 metres above sea level.
This shorter, lighter version of our expedition offers a taster of expedition-style mushing. With three nights spent in rustic wilderness cabins and plenty of time spent on the sled, you will experience the vastness and beauty of the Swedish winter landscape from a whole new perspective.

Wilderness Expedition
If you’re looking for something more challenging, our expeditions offer the ultimate adventure. These tours take you deep into the Vindelfjällen Nature Reserve, well away from the beaten track. You will spend most nights camping in tents, giving you a true wilderness experience. Please note that these expeditions require a high level of physical fitness, as you will often need to help your fellow travellers along the way.
Can everybody be part of a husky tour?
No prior experience with sled dogs is needed to join our tours. We’ll teach you everything you need to know along the way. However, a moderate to high level of fitness is required, as you may need to help push the sled, depending on the weather. If you’re unsure whether you’re fit enough, feel free to reach out to us—we can easily assess this based on our extensive experience.
💡 Important: As our tours consist of a diverse mix of international guests, all tours are conducted in English. It is therefore essential that you have a good level of English.
