How to use a gift Card
If you have received a gift card for Petter Karlsson Sleddogs, you can use it in the following way:

How can I buy a gift card?
You can select and buy the gift card directly here. As soon as the payment is successful, you will receive an email with your gift card attached.
How long is my gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
How do I use my gift card?
Select your desired tour on our website and send a booking request. Once this has been confirmed by us, you will receive a payment link where the option to “Pay by gift card” will be available alongside the usual payment methods. Simply enter the code from the gift card PDF here.
What if the tour price is higher than my gift card?
If your gift card does not cover the price of the tour, you can pay the rest using the usual payment methods.
What happens if I have a remaining balance on the gift card?
Please note that remaining credit cannot be paid out. If there is a remaining balance, this can be used for another booking.
Can I cash out a gift card?
No, it is not possible to have the value of the gift card paid out.
