Petter Karlsson competes in sleddog racing on profecinal bacis and participates every year in the major races in Skandinavia.
Year 2005 Petter became the European champion in the unlimited class, middistance.

In our tourprogram we offer you  "Compete in a sleddograce". We give you the opportunity to come along with Petter to a sleddog race. You will participate with one of our sleddog teams in the 4-dog sprint class.

La Grande Odyssee in France

Petter has been selected for La Grande Odyssee that takes place 7-18 January 2007. This is a race where the worlds 25 best mushers are selected to race against each other, over a distance of 900 km in the French and Swiss alps.

The race lasts for two weeks and is devided into 13 stages.
Grande odyssee 2005 had more than 50 000 spectators and was brodcasted on several tv-channels, such as Eurosport and Discovery.

Vindelälvsdraget

Vindelälvsdraget is the largest relay sleddograce in the world. The race runs from Ammarnäs to Vännesby in the middle of Marsh.
